Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style, translated simply to "breath synchronicity." The goal of Vinyasa is to link breath with movement, so participants move through poses at their own pace.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle practice of holding postures for long periods of time, preferably with some weight. The key to Yin Yoga is the amount of time you hold a posture as well as the method of using props or blankets to support your body for those long holds.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is specially designed for those who are expecting and want to stay flexible and fit. This class offers a series of postures that not only help the pregnant person, but also benefit the entire family. It is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, and for mothers with babies from 2 months to 4 years old.

Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga practiced on tissus, such as aerial silk hammocks, aerial ropes and/or other apparatus such as trapezes and lyra.
